Glo Up Arm Toning workout August 2, 2016



#GloUp

Push-up with arm raise for 3 second hold for 2 x 1 minute

Push-up with fly hold for 3 seconds for 2 x 1 minute

Alternating Bench Press  2 x 1 minute

Dips 2 x 1 minute or until failure

Pull up supinated grip 2 x 1 minute or until failure
