Glo Up Unites

Last night the Glo Up team (besides Brandon) Finally got together to get a workout in. Check out this video of my snapchat to see some of what we did.



10 minute workout

Pistol Squat 2 x 1 minute 

A Skips 2 x 1 minute (as fast as you can in place)

B Skips 2 x 1 minute (as fast as you can in place)

Straight Leg Run 2 x 1 minute

Butt Kicks 2 x 1 minute
