#GloUp Full Body Workout

·        Weighted High Knee 5 x 5 reps each leg 
·        Leg Extensions 5 x 5 reps
·        Sit-up to the side on both sides 5 reps each side
·        Declined dumbbell bench press 5 x 5 reps
·        Alternating military press 5 x 5 reps each side
