Barbell Squats til failure
Calf Raises 4 sets of 10-12
Leg Extension 4 sets of 10
Leg Curls 4 sets of 10
Glute Press 4 sets of 6 (heavy)
Hanging Leg Lifts 4 sets of 10-15
